TUITION POLICIES

PROGRAM DATES: Club Happy Hall provides before and after school programs on the 180 days that your child’s elementary school is open.

 

EARLY DISMISSALS: When the early dismissal falls within your schedule, you can attend Club Happy Hall at no additional charge (does not apply to Drop-Ins).

 

SCHOOL CLOSURES: On days your child’s school is closed (e.g. winter break, spring breaks, professional development, and in-service days), Camp Happy Hall may provide camp programs for an additional fee. You will be notified in advance of dates, fees, and locations.

 

ANNUAL REGISTRATION: A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is due prior to admission. Registration fees are not prorated.


TUITION PAYMENT & TERMS:

  • You must enroll in Tuition Auto Pay (TAP) via the Parent Portal using your bank account (no fee) or credit card (2% fee)

  • Payments are due in advance and are processed on the 3rd of each month via TAP.

  • A late payment fee of $50 will be applied to your account for payments received after the 3rd of the month.

  • Enrollment will be terminated if full payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

  • Frequent late payments may result in dismissal.

  • When more than one person is responsible for tuition, each person is responsible for all amounts due.

  • There are no credits or refunds for absences.


SIBLING DISCOUNTS:

Sibling Discounts apply to additional children registered.

  • Annual Registration Discount: $50

  • Monthly Tuition Discount: $50


DROP-IN OR ADDITIONAL HOURS: Fee is $18 per hour (or any fraction) and is subject to availability.


REDUCE DAYS/HOURS OR WITHDRAW: A 30-day notice is required or you will be charged your current tuition for 30 days from the date we receive this notice, even if your child does not attend.


LATE PICKUP:

  • Please call if you are going to be late picking up your child.

  • For late pickups between before 6:00 PM, an $18 per hour (or any fraction of an hour) fee will be charged to your account.

  • For late pickups after 6:00 PM, a $5 per minute fee will be charged to your account.

  • Please note, we offer a 5-minute grace period; however, frequent lateness, after 6:00 PM, may result in dismissal.

REGISTRATION

STEP 1: REGISTRATION REQUEST
New and returning families must submit a Registration Request. You will receive an email prompting you to create a Parent Portal account or log into your existing Happy Hall Parent Portal account.
STEP 2: COMPLETE FORMS
Use the links in the email or below to complete the required Licensing Forms and Authorizations. Your Registration Request will not be processed until Licensing Forms and Authorizations are received.
STEP 3: PARENT PORTAL
You must enroll in Tuition Auto Pay (TAP) and complete all Child and Family information prior to your child's start date. If you are already enrolled in TAP, please make sure your payment, child, and family information is up to date.
