This activity can be adapted for any child of any age. Adult supervision required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 Ripe Banana
1 cup of pancake mix
⅔ cup of preferred milk or water
combine 1 cup of pancake mix and ⅔ cup of preferred milk/ water
Whisk until batter is at a good consistency
Set batter aside
Peel the ripe banana and place it inside a ziplock baggie
Using your fingers to squish the banana until there are no chunks
Combine smashed banana and pancake mix
Add butter to pan
Pour the batter onto the buttered pan and flip once golden brown
Enjoy your banana pancakes!
