REGISTRATION REQUEST

In order to maintain a program that is healthy and safe for our staff and students; we have implemented small groups. This reduces the number of children per classroom. Space is limited; however, we are working to serve as many families as possible. Please complete a Registration Request to begin the registration process.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: SUBMIT REGISTRATION REQUEST

  • Submit Registration Request for Happy Hall @ Meadows

  • Submit Registration Request for Happy Hall @ Green Hills

  • Please note, the first day of school is Wednesday, August 26.

  • When submitting a Registration Request (in the notes) if any of the following apply to you/your child.

    • One or more of your child's parents/guardians is employed by the Millbrae School District.

    • One or more of your child's parents/guardians is an essential worker.

    • If your child is NOT enrolled in the Millbrae School District.

STEP 2: DIRECTOR REVIEW

  • The program directors will review your registration request.

  • If there is space available, you will receive an Enrollment Offer email to complete the registration process.

  • If there is not space, you will be notified and placed on the waitlist. You will be notified when a space opens up.

STEP 3: COMPLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Click the link in the email and complete the following info:

  • Child Details: Update or add General/Authorization Questions, Allergies, Special Diets, Medication, Authorized Pickup

  • Tuition Auto Pay (TAP): Update or Setup payment account with a bank account or credit/debit card

  • Sign Documents: Electronically sign Licensing Forms and Happy Hall documents

  • Family Portal: New families will be prompted to create a Family Portal Account

Tuesday, August 25 | 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM

 

PURPOSE OF ORIENTATION

  • Locate childcare classroom and meet childcare teacher

  • Practice check-in routine (don’t forget your masks)

  • Drop off any learning materials

  • Connect to Wi-Fi

  • Review updated childcare classroom policies

  • Get to know childcare classmates

 

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE

  • 07:30 - 08:00 | Check-In

  • 08:00 - 09:30 | Review Classroom Policies

  • 09:30 - 10:00 | Morning Snack

  • 10:00 - 10:30 | Recess

  • 10:30 - 11:00 | Technology Setup

  • 11:00 - 11:30 | Check-Out

 

REVIEW MOTTOS & POLICIES

  • Kind Hearts, Kind Words, Kind Minds

  • Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! (bring a water bottle)
  • Sunburns are not attractive on anyone (hats & sunscreen)

  • Germ Sharing is Not Caring!

    • Wear mask at all times indoors (over mouth AND nose)

    • Keep 6ft distance as much as possible indoors and outdoors

    • Do not share supplies, toys, or equipment

    • Communal games, toys, or equipment

      • Ask before using

      • When done, place it in the “Needs to be Cleaned” Area

    • Washing Hands

      • Upon entering

      • Before Eating

      • After Eating

      • Returning from Outside Play
